HOTEL ARRANGEMENTS
This year the conference hotel will be the Aloft Tucson University Hotel located a mile away from the Fred Fox School of Music. The conference rate for a single occupancy room is of $137 (plus taxes), and there is also the option of reserving a double occupancy room for the same rate in the case sharing a room is an option. Reservations can be made until March 8th, 2018.

PARKING INFORMATION
Parking at the University of Arizona is available at a cost M-F in one of the seven university garages. The closest garage to the Fred Fox School of Music is the Park Avenue Garage (1165 N Park Ave,Tucson, AZ 85719). The rates are as follows:
During the weekend parking if free in any of the university garages or adjacent parking lots.
